Since their inception in 1938 and with the introduction of aluminum composite material in the mid 1970's John W. McDougall Co., Inc. has continued to lead in innovative ideas that assist architects and construction managers with system applications. Ideas that not only address aesthetic concerns, but performance and budget concerns as well.  All McDougall architectural panel systems are fully tested per ASTM requirements including air and water infiltration, structural and seismic criteria. From the time tested caulked joint systems (Series150 & 200) to CEG (Series 300), rainscreen (Series 400), and dry gasket (Series500) John W. McDougall Company can provide a panel system that best fits your need.

US Xpress Corp Hdqrts - Chattanooga. TNThe McDougall Series 150 and 200 panel systems are field proven industry standard wet systems that provide airtight and watertight barriers for building exteriors.  These high performance systems were developed to give owners, architects, and general contractors the ability to incorporate a high-tech look with affordability.  These systems have been fully tested per ASTM standards by an independent testing laboratory for air infiltration, pullout, structural loading, and seismic criteria.

DL Lawrence Convention Center - Pittsburgh, PAThe McDougall Series 300 high-performance panels system offers a dry joint (no exposed caulking between panels) with a recessed reveal.  This unique system was developed to give architects, designers, and contractors an alternative to the wet caulked joint systems.  The exposed aluminum extrusions can be painted to match the adjacent panels or finished in a contrasting color for accent reveals.
